That mission has never wavered. For over seventy years, remarkably little has changed at the 2928 North High Street shop. The heart of the Gatto's legacy is its signature pizza, a style that has become synonymous with Columbus itself. It begins with fresh dough, made in-house every single day. The crust is engineered to be exceptionally thin and crispy, providing the perfect, flavorful foundation for quality meats and cheeses before being cut into its characteristic squares, ideal for sharing. This is pizza as it was first made popular in the 1950s. While the pizza is the star, the kitchen's dedication to tradition extends to its other homemade specialties.
